I just got a 95 GST and I noticed that there is a oil leak by the oil filter. Not from the oil filter. But the housing beside the filter. It is the housing that the oil line going to the turbo. But I isn't leaking bad enough that it leaves a oil spot on the driveway so if you know what I am talking a bout any info will be great.

Also How do I adjust the clutch pedal I have to put it to the floor to get in gear.

It is the oil filter housing that is leaking. Mine leaves a spot here and there, nothing big to worry about. If you have to put in a quart a week, thats when you want to look into it.

To adjust the pedal, you loosen the nut that is on a threaded rod that comes out of the firewall. It goes to the clutch pedal, and by the sound of it you need to bring the threads to the firewall side of the rod. You should be able to adjust it with your fingers once the nut is loose, if not, just get some pliers and grip it at the flat part (you'll see once you get down there).

Proceed with some caution:

It sounds like you have an after-market turbo oil line, possibly this one:

There is some controversy about how good an idea this is.

The clutch is probably about used up, but try your luck:

You're still a domestic owner. DSMs hail from Illinois, the motor and gearbox came from Japan. The Feds classify DSMs as domestics, 70%/30%.
