Local Help with broken header studs

I need to know of someone or someplace reputable in the pacific northwest region that can remove broken header studs, so far cylinder #1 has the two top passenger side studs busted off and i don't want to even think about trying to remove the rest of my headers without:

A. Hardened header studs (maybe ARP) to put back in all of my studs

and

B. a machinist or machine shop that is well versed on broken stud removal
