Autometer Gauge ?

Hey guys, I was looking at the Autometer Sport Comp gauges, and I had 2 questions. First I was wondering how responsive the EGT gauge was. I read one post that said they weren't all that good but I was looking for first hand opinions. Next I was wondering if on the oil pressure gauge the oil went all the way to the gauge. I've heard that can get messy. Thanks for the help guys.

Not sure about the EGT gauge, but if you get a mechanical oil pressure gauge, yes, the oil will go to the gauge. I'd recommend an electrical oil pressure gauge.
