Hi,

I just want to know what kind of turbo is in my 4g63t?

on the compressor housing: TD05H 49178-01400

Is this a 14b or 16g? I'm using a 4g63t galant jdm vr4 motor.

Well good buddy, it is hard to say. IF it is the stock one, then it is a 14b.

The best way to check is to pull the intake off the compressor housing and look at the compressor.

The 14b has all evenly high blades like this:

16G has alternating high and low blades like this:

Hope that helps. A word to the wise. If you have a 16G, I hope you have done some fuel mods.
