I cannot help you (because it's been too long and I've long forgotten how to do it), but I can tell you that I hated it. The only thing the ignition can do is cut spark; it can't cut fuel, too. So when you sit at the line, bouncing off the two-step, you end up rinsing the walls of the cylinders, fouling your plugs, shooting flames, and generally doing a bunch of undesirable things. I only used it about three times.

And then I got DSMLink and became a two-step addict. Just as Dennis Grant said, there's nothing like sitting at the start for an autocross, banging away on the two-step, and attracting all sorts of attention. Just ask the poor schmuck who bought my car with a dead clutch.

The double-sparking of a DIS-2 down low is nice. The soft upper limiter is nice. And, of course, the more powerful spark is nice. The two-step, however, is a waste of time and effort.

All IMHumbleO, as always.

To be honest, I don't know a lot about this, so I can't address the pros and cons of the ECU you have. All I know (for sure) is that I hated the DIS-2 two-step and loved the DSMLink two-step, and I believe that the key difference is having the two-step act by cutting fuel instead of just spark. If your AEM can do this - and I'll bet it can - then this is how I would set the car up.

And with that said, I'll bow out now, because I'm up to my neck and do not wish to get over my head.

ok... Thanks anyway... The wolf program has Rev limit, with option for spark and fuel cut or both, it also has idle lock, idle speed, closed loop, and boost control, but no launch control...so I have to use the msd unless I change the ecu which im not willing to do now...

Bump... Need help...
