2g front knuckle ?

Ok so I'm putting new control arms in a 95tsi awd auto, the driver side axle is frozen in the knuckle. My ? Is are all 2g knuckles the same?

Yes and no. All will bolt in but not all of them have the spot for the ABS sensor. You can also us the knuckles off of some sebrings and stratus's. I believe bot the Sebring and stratus will have the ABS mount as well as any other 4G63 car but not all GS's will.
 
You can get the bolts out of the bearing because the will hit the axle. Even if you could it wouldn't help the situation. The axle is froze in the bearing and the knuckle is caught in the middle. Last time I had to deal with this I put it on a 42 ton press and all I could do is bend the knuckle.
 
Pop the outer axle joint apart and cut the axle cup of with a torch. From there you can unbolt the hub assembly and beat it out from the spindle. You will need a new axle and hub assembly regardless.

One last thing. Why are you even messing with the axle if you are just changing the control arms? It's real easy to remove the nuts from the ball joints with the axle installed. If the axle is still good and the hub is still good than i would just leave it alone and fix the control arms.
 
Sit it back in. Undo the axel nut, If the axel nut wont budge you wil have heat it up with a torch. The heat will make the nut expand and use a socket with a impact gun or a long breaker bar. Once the nut is off spray the crap the axel with a rust penatrit. Screw nut back on till its even with the end of axel. Turn the stearing whell all the way to one side. Beat the crap out of nut with 10 to 20 pound sledge. Once it is losse u can take it the rest of the way apart.
