The EVOs have a different bolt pattern on the o2 housing and center section. It would be best to post pics of the turbo, correctly identify and then weigh out the options.

While running an OEM from another car is sometimes a cheap upgrade, it can also end up costing more time and money than its worth.

yea i knew the o2 bolt pattern was a little different. There pretty big turbos and since its just falling into my lap for free if i can use it without to much trouble i think it would be a good upgrade

here is what the 9 turbo looks like

here is what the 8 turbo looks like

i also know they face the opposite direction in evos idk if that would pose a problem or not with install

also im sure i would need to set it up the opposite direction move the powersteering setup and maybe the alternator...also invest in a maft so i wouldnt have to worry about recirculating my bov from the other side all in all sounds like it could take some work anyone think its worth it? it would be something original though which would be cool
