flex plate spacer (auto)

I am in the process of replacing the block on my eclipse turbo auto . I have done alot of searching on this subject and the only problem I see is removing the spacer that is by the flywheel. Hopfully mine will comeout easly but if not, does anyone know where I can buy one? Also does anyone know where I can buy a arp complete engine bolt kit for a 2g turbo. I am looking or intake,exhaust,waterpump... ect...

The piece is called the crankshaft bushing, if you're referring to the circle that sticks out in the middle of the crank.

The Mitsu part number is MD756767.

I've never seen an ARP bolt kit.

Well today I took this item off the crank... the toilet paper trick worked amazing!!! I had my doubts but it actually worked!
