rear main seal? is that the cover over the fork? and should i get that flywheel resurfaced?

It looks like it has quit a bit of heat marks and some cracks so I would get it done. Resurfacing the flywheel is an cheap way of get the most life out of you new clutch to help it seat with it better.

Yep, that would do it. That TOB is bad too. Look at the difference in the clearance on the top and bottom of the slider sleeve to the bearing face. The fork should be a little loose, it should not fit too snug, that is how it self aligns and squares up to the TOB during its arc of travel.

Also, if you get the flywheel resurfaced, make sure the shop that does it knows to get the step right or you'll have other troubles.

shit are you serious i didnt even notice that where is the pilot bearing?!?!? would that cause a flywheel grind at startup? wtf
