Hi!
I got a question from a guy what's needed to turbo a '97 2,0 Galant Glx. He claim to have the 4G64 block, but I can only find info that say the Galant is to have the 4G63 block, but I don't know the Galant's..
But, will anyone post a list of mods that need to be done to get it to work with a turbo? It would have been great if he can get used stock eclipse turbo parts for this.
What:
Injector size
Fuel pump size
headgasket
Head
Cam's
Intake, tb
Exhaust manifold
Timing
And, how much boost will "be safe"? He need a wideband gauge and a safcII. Anyone with some input?
The reason he asked about turboing the Galant, is that he need a stationwagen family car, and want some more power.
