So, This week I am looking to buy a new throttle body. Just curious if 90mm is too much or not enough for a...

2.3L Stroker, GT35R or GT37R (or equivalent) with a SBR Race head, BC280 cams, 1mm O/S Manley SS Valves, (no exhaust manifold yet) , custom SMIM (jmfab clone), 1060cc Injectors.

I was looking at either a MSD/Holley 90mm, Accufab 90mm, or maybe buying a Q-45 tb.

What do you think?

Can you tell me why you think that? Not knocking it just asking opinions and reasons.

between 3 to 4 inches. Also from my calculations @ 35psi boost, My engine would be moving about 1060 CFM.
