Sloww Acceleration?

So my car has been acting up for about a week now and still has no acceleration i checked for boost leaks found minor leaks didnt solve my problem, i checked my knock sensor to see if it was gushing out black goop and its not. My check engine light also went off, after it was on for a couple of days. Im going crazy trying to find out whats wrong with it. Also i have a stock boost gauge and when i turn my car on the needle will be moving under the 0 mark by its self. It didnt do this before the car started to act up. And when i press the gas even a little my turbo will spool up right away even under 3,000 rpm.

Please help me out, its killing my mpg and i dont even want to drive it because i dont want to cause more damage.

I once rebuilt a motor then took it out it was really fast, a couple of week later slow very slow. I found 9 boost leaks. Is it had to crank? What is the idle?

No it cranks up fine i just replased the cas and then my car started to run like crap. the Idle is at about 800. could it be my ecu i do have some capasitors leaking but my car was running fine before. and my boost gauge shouldent be at the 0 mark at idle right?

Have you checked your timing since you replaced the cas?

+1000, if you mess with the CAS the ignition timing needs to be reset along with the idle. which its 800. If you ignition timing is 5 degrees btdc then its good, but if its way advanced you have some boost leaks. boost leaks will throw of ignition timing very badly.

Is your CAS out 180* possibly?

With your turbo spooling quicker than normal i would say that you have jumped time or it was not timed right. My 1g jumped by 3 teeth and would take forever to rev but would spool the turbo at very low RPMs.
