A/F Help

I looked on this subject and I found it somewhere on here once but I can't find it again.
I brought a electric air fuel guage and I'm having trouble understanding it.
When I start the car up its perfect Stoichiometric in the green. but when I rev the car up while its ideling to about 3500 RPM the car gose all the way lean.
I havn't tried the car out with the gauge on the road yet until I get it all working right.

Dose anyone know why Its Stoichiometric when Idel and running lean when I step on the gas?
and for some reason if I touch the gas just a little and let off it gose rich?

And yes Ive been running it quite a bit trying to work out the kinks in the turbo install....So I hope I haven't been running seriously lean this whole time.

Its a Auto Meter wideband gauge.
I noticed there was a leak in the manifold, so I dont know if that will cause a bad A/F reading or not.

Which manifold has a leak?
Have you done a boost leak test recently?

And the wideband going rich right after letting off the gas is normal. It'll blip rich and then settle back into normal reading at idle.

The exhaust Manifold the one that is leaking.

Yes, an exhaust leak will cause incorrect readings, which are usually lean as the leak is drawing in fresh air that passes over the sensor.

Yeah Very True fix the leak then see what the reading is.

You say its in the green? Does the gauge just have a light that moves back and forth or does it show afr with an led read out?

Did you put in a wideband O2 sensor? Without it, you essentially have no AF gauge. The stock O2 sensor is essentially a binary device.

Yea, I put a wideband O2 sensor in. Im fixing the exhaust leak coming from my manifold today. Hopfully that will help ALOT of issues. Make the BOV sound cause there will be more air going in, and help my problem with the car not running when I first hit the gas until I rev it up till 2000 RPM, then it kicks in gear but stumbles along.
Also, maybe ill be building some boost presure.....
