[RESOLVED] Indecisive boost gauge

So on my Talon the stock little boost gauge has been doing some funky stuff.. first it would climb all the way up when i floored it but then as i passed 5k rpm or so it would drop just very slightly... and now when i gas it all the way it goes up to the point that it would drop slightly to and stay there the whole time and never reaches the top... does this mean there is something wrong?

The stock gauge holds about as much credibility as one of those blinky light narrow band o2 sensor gauges...not much.

Get an aftermarket gauge to accurately monitor your boost.

Thats not a boost gauge thats a boost estimator. get a guage at auto zone and hook it up

Couldn't believe how true that statement was til i got one.

Mine is not even a boost estimator. It's just another needle that moves on my dash. Almost as good as the stock oil pressure gauge.
