Idle surge

After my car is warmed up, it has idle surge.
I thought a faulty ISC was 100% of the time idle surge, am I misinformed?

No ISC is not always to blame. It could be a few parts on your throttle body not working properly. I used this as a guid of troubleshooting. Read throuhg it, should provide you with some good info.

It gets really low and almost bogs out,
I've adjusted the biss. Doesn't help too much.
We were thinking it was exhaust, because its leaking at the flextube. Not enough backpressure could maybe cause this.

I'm replacing the full exhaust and will update you all when that is done.

How bad is the exhaust leak? I have a small exhaust leak and it doesn't cause idle surge.

Flex tube doesn't even connect up.
