MBC (spring?)

My MBC doesnt really work. No matter which way i turn it, i stay around the same boost. I think the spring fell out or something. Because awhile back the screw fell out and the spring might have to. So what kind of spring do i need to get and can i easly replace this myself?

Its a no name. I bought the car with it on it. But its a little steel box with 2 hoses coming out of it and a screw to adjust the boost. I can hear a ball rattling around in there. Ill put up a pic in a bit if it helps.

I have the exact same one. Go to Ace hardware or Lowes, Race Depo, ect. and there will bea plastic box of springs in nuts and hardware. Find a spring that drops in there andwill compress freely. Get a ball bearing if you lost that too!
