eclipse frotn bumper needed!

Hi guys I'm looking to convert my front 1996 talon bumper into a 97-98 eclipse bumper. I have already bought the 97 headlights and I'm looking for a place I can get a bumper in canada, if anyone know a good place. I dont want to pay 250$ US shipping when I can buy one here.... Im near Ottawa and I can travel to get one I dont care. Annywhere near Ottawa or Montreal is fine!

I tought about it but I cant, I'm a "new member"
I took a look in some graveyards but I didin't find the 97-99 model ...
anyways just askin by curiousity if anyone knows a place.
