I think the easiest way would get a blow through carb and turbo the stock motor already in the car.

Awesome place! Helped me a ton with my 4g63 Starion.

Does your max already have the 4g64 sohc? If so just swap out the heads and some other timing components and you are set. Keep us posted i love these little trucks!
