Two new problems with 2g talon need help

Ok well 2 things in the past few days i cant figure out theat are eating at my nerves -
My car developed a slight vibration under acceleration after i drive it for a while and then today the check engine light came on. It still runs good i did the check where you go in a left circle and push in the clutch cause i thought it might be crankwalk and it seems fine there? I have no clue what to check for any help would be great thanks

Take it and get the code read at auto zone, and check to see what the spark plugs look like.

Ok when i get a day off i'll have to go do that i just dont understand why the vibration isnt there when u first start it and take off but after it warms up it is under acceleration when your building boost? i just changed the rear end and the t-case because of issues with them and it has fresh tranny fluid also i'm just gettin tired of messin with this one and i have 2 other ones 2 put together still
