25lbs of boost HELP!!!!

ok so im pushing 25lbs of boost on a big 16....from what i hear its over boosting a big 16g....i tried to turn the MBC down and it didnt help....no boost lines that i can tell of off of anything im tryin to find out how i could be pushing 25lbs..... when before i was pushing 22...please help!!!:dsm:

Remove your boost controller from the system. Take the boost signal hose from the turbo and attach it directly to the wastegate actuator eliminating the boost controller. Depending on the actuator, you should see around 9 psi boost (stock) or up to 17 psi if you have a different wastegate actuator. Either way, if your actuator and wastegate is working you will see a significant drop in boost.

Disconnect the actuator arm from the wastegate. Manually move the wastegate arm. It should move about 90 degrees from the closed to fully open position. Connect a 20 psi air pressure source up to the wastegate actuator and see if it moves out when air pressure is applied to the hose nipple. Listen for air leaks in the actuator diaphragm.

If the boost starts off low and still creeps up as the engine rpm increases you have boost creep. 16G boost creep is common. The solutions are well documented. Here are a couple of places to start:

Like they said remove the mbc and you should be hitting 10-12psi and then the turbo should slowly creep up too 20psi with the mods you mention. Anyways 25psi is pretty much just as bad as 22psi like your where running before. Looking at your mod list I would say 15psi is the most you want to run.

You could be running dangerously lean and burn up that motor. What afr's are you at under boost? Do you have any logs?
 
you dosn't show to have larger injectors. Even with a pump you may be flowing to much air to even for the injectors to keep up. I would be very carefull if i were you running that much boost.
 
dont have air fuel guage and no logs..ive had the car for about a month now and it was fine till my buddie turned all the fuel up on the safc at idle it is at -17 and under boost around....-14.5 15 i need to get something to log is there anything a little less expensive as dsm link and dont have to have an eprom ecu?? im new to all this stuff so please bear with me..:thumb:ROFL

Chill. Did you connect the boost output/signal hose directly to the wastegate actuator and drive it like that yet? What happens to the boost output? Does it go down?
