Having trouble getting it in time. (with a timing light)

I can't seem to get my timing at the 5 degrees it needs to be. The lowest I can get it is 10. Anyone have any ideas? Was also gonna ask, Can I file some material out of the bolt holes so I can slide the CAS further? Thanks for any help.

Did you ground the timing?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, I grounded the connector. Did eveything like your supposed to.
