Help Tuning

I just got my talon awhile ago, now i've searched and looked for how to tune my car it's running a 16g Turbo, portfueler and that's about it as far as I know, I wanna tune the car up am I good with portfueler?? or could I go with dsmlink?? and a apexi i-mono OBD II ??, I want atleast 380hp daily driver and what other mod's would I be good with I plan on getting a DN performance exhaust manifold. Thnx

You're running the Chrysler 420A, right? Then DSMLink is out of the question (for the foreseeable future, anyway).

Yeah, I'am running the 420a so wut would be my best bet??
