hey guys I have recently completed my 2nd rebuild.... Today everything check out fine... except when I took it out for its first spin, the car would start to shake alot... I'm pretty sure its because the oil pump sprocket isn't in phase(I DID NOT DO THE SCREWDRIVER TEST). The engine at idle with the timing set to standard(8 degrees) seems to idle JUST FINE.. the motor is really quiet, + the compression test landed me with pretty good numbers(185 accross). The car usually starts to shake above like 2000K rpms(somewhere around there). The safc2 also shows no signs of "KNOCK". I have readed something like this but on another dsm site... its a 95 gsx. just wanted to make sure before I start taking of the timing covers again. any input guys>?????
