So I got a dsmlink and I'm trying to log on to the forums but I never was given password. The user names is right, I know this because I sent a request to change the password and the autherization came throught to my email. I canceled the request because I dont want to mess up my registration. Does any body to know how this works with these guys? Is it the serial number on the chip? Whats the deal?

If you bought a used DSMlink you can register your own name.

Just email Tom your info :
DSMLink chip ID
New owner's full name
New owner's e-mail address
Requested user ID for the forums

I bought it brand new from a registered distributer, My user name is allready entered. I just need to figure out how to get my password. Does anyone have the email address to get ahold of Tom?
