Which Should be fixed first

i Should be getting 290$ soon. here are the problems. i am not entirely sure which should be fixed after power steering.

Power Steering Rack is bad $?? fixed for short amount of time only
Idle Control Speed Sensor 189$ at Advanced Auto Parts
1 Bad Motor mount. the front one under the turbo. Polyurethane mounts $65.00
which one should i be most concerned about
 
The steering rack would be the most important. A temporary fix may not be in your best interest and you should be able to find a complete rack used for not too bad. Call around to your local junkyards and you might be able to get the complete assembly for real cheap. It's not a regular failure item, so it should be an easy find.

The ISC will cause an idle surge. The system could be removed, but it's an around town issue. If you do some online searches, you may be able to find one used or remanufactured for much less. Those little buggers do cost a pretty penny, regardless.

The motor mount is an optional replacement for your setup, IMO. Considering you have a few other things that are broken and you likely will not be dropping it into gear at 3.5k on the track, assuming the mount isn't completely gone, you'll be fine for a bit before replacing it. A few cracks won't cause any damage in normal daily driving.

ok thanks. the motor mount is halfway gone as of now the bottom part is like hanging out of the side. but i hate the noise of the power steering and it dosent make me feel the least bit safe specially after reading that they lock up on people in corners. i wasnt sure between the mount and the sensor. ive been looking around for a rack. i think i can pick up a refurbished or remanufactured one for around 50+ and i found a place that i could send in the one i take off and theyd give me 100$ and some change if i did that id have money left over for the mounts if i could find the sensor cheap enough. LOL.
so fix the steering first? then the sensor.
