Problems with engine cutting out

I have had this problem for a long time now. Whenever I am at cruising speed and just barely get into boost then let back off the car bucks like crazy and the rpms drop. It has absolutely NO boost leaks and the isc is fine. Could this possibly be the tps??

Did you do an actual boost leak test? Or do you just THINK there are no boost leaks? How long did it take for the psi on your boost gauge to reach zero?

What kind of spark plugs and plug wires are you using? What gap? How old are they?

I actually just got done doing another boost leak test and there are none. It takes about a minute to taper down to 6 or 7 psi then it just holds there. The plugs are ngk 6's about 8 months old. I believe they were gapped at .028.
