Is the 2g n/t Talon built on the D31 chassis?

As stated in the title, I wanted to know if the 2g ( '96 in my case) Talon ESi is built on the D31 chassis, as is the 2g n/t Eclipse. The answer to this question may be an obvious "yes", but I'm paranoid that I might order an ill-fitting part. Thanks to anyone who can help.
