Ok well my car started acting weird on me about a month ago. I lags horribly anywhere from 3/4's throttle to full throttle. I changed my spark plugs and oil but thats about it. The lag and stutter is so bad that the car barely moves. All the lag stops when I let the throttle off till its a little less than 3/4's in. Can anyone offer me suggestions on how to fix this?

Teflon it sounds to me that your cables are gone. Gone cables can really take a toll in many ways like when my cables were gone, my lights would flicker randomly at cold starts, and if driving at a certain rpm they would also flicker, and my car would also sputter. I recommend you get a fresh set of ngk bpr6es spark plugs, get a good set of msd 8.5mm wires, and if possible change your fuel filter. I recently did this stuff to my car and it runs like a champ. I saved myself a lot of money thinking it was my coil pack that went bad but apparently not. Try this out and let me know how it turns out.

Lmao @ raped ape hahaha. He doesn't need bpr7es yet unless he is planning to go over 16 psi with boost. I am running bpr7es on mine on stock boost and i am planning to back down to 6's due to the fact i know i will just foul out my plugs soon. But the car runs good. I just find it unnecessary to be changing plugs every couple months for no reason.

I say check for boost leak, and then post back results.

What do you mean by that ? just tell them the year make model of your car and they should pull up cables that would fit your car.

Ok i got the plugs and I was about to get the wires but i don't know if I need the long tube ones or the regular ones..anyone know?

Yeah I am lost as to what you are asking as well. Just tell them year make model and they will pull up the options for the plugs. If you are like at an autozone one just get one similar to stock.

Then go change the plugs and wires and let us know hows the car driving.

Ok well I fixed the lag problem without the wires. I just cut my exhaust of and I have absolutly no lag and i spool to full boost at about 2500-2700 rpm. Im going to some of the auto stores around here and ill keep you posted about the wires.

Why would you cut off part of the exhaust to hide a problem your car has? CHECK FOR BOOST LEAKS.
