i swaped my engine and the fuel injector connectors are different than the older one should i swich injectors with my old engine or just the connectors on the wire harness

they are both 4g63t

Wierd, I'm confused. You should post pics of both connectors and injectors. Ive never seen a dsm with a different injector plug.

The connectors will work with the injectors regardless of the style. The 2g's have 2 different styles of injector connectors - I believe they changed in '97.

They both will work. As Eric said, I also think they changed over in '97.
