the shakes

I just recently replaced some eibach springs with megan racing springs, there was about a 1" height difference. I kept the kyb's that were on the car and now for some reason it seems like the whole front end shakes between 17 and 24 mph then goes away completely at higher speeds. When I had the springs off the struts I was able to compress the strut by hand, not sure if you are supposed to able to do this or not. Would the bad struts cause this?

Sounds like an allignment issue to me, that or get your front tires/wheels balanced. I had that issue with my truck.

Did you align the top of the strut tower with bottom when you put the spring back in? There are two holes (one on each end of the strut) that need to be in line with each other.

the wheels were balanced when i put new tires on right before i changed the springs. i did not know about aligning the strut.
