1g turboback exhaust tips

hi my name is Adam i just bought me a 1993 tsi awd talon like 3 weeks ago and i was wondering what everyone would think is the best turboback exhaust i can put on it. it would help if u had a personal experience with the exhaust u recomend, ty.

i have a complete 3in magnaflow exhaust, it doesnt have the monster canister out the back its very clean and doesnt catch that much attention by just looking at it. Better for the po po. Sounds great.

I didnt get mine new, i got it used with a few thousands miles on it. For like 250, with a straight pipe. I got lucky.

it will all depends on what you are planning on doing with the car

i would steer away from ebay exhaust if you plan on doing any serious power mods as there are alot of neckdowns on the pipe

well im planning on swappin my 7bolt for a 6bolt and i already have a 16g turbo to put on it and wanna end up getting like 350hp out of the car

Ebay exhausts have proven themselves many times on here. Yea they neck down but no big deal nothing a quick trip to a muffler shop wont solve. Theres is a huge thread about them on here just look for it, I just ordered me a 3in catback for 218.00 shipped thats not bad at all.

I think theyre worth it even if it lasts you a year or two you can always get another one for the price of one of the name brands. Good luck and dont forget to look on ebay. Ill be getting mine sometime this week Ill post pics up when I do.
