Ok, so i have a 6 bolt swap and I used a clutchmaster 6 puck clutch and it didn't grip enough with my E3 16G, so I upgraded to the ACT 2600. When I put the motor in originally 2500 miles ago, I relaced the clutch master, slave and have SS braided line, eliminating the accumulator or whatever that reservoir is on the trans. Once I put in the ACT, I had to readjust the rod on the clutch master to the pedal, no surprise there. But what is happening is the clutch pedal goes to the floor every so often. I can pull it back and pump it and its fine for days, sometimes weeks, and then it will happen again. It seemed to happen last nite as I was coming to a stop, rather than just parked at a light. Nothing is leaking, I don't have to add fluid, so could the 2600 lb pressure plate be too much for the o-rings in aftermarket cylinders? I know I heard of problems with moving clutch pedals when taking turns if you had crankwalk, but this seems to be happening when I'm coming to a stop, and its very inconsistent. Any ideas?

It's a long shot, but i suggest that you bleed it again and make sure that your clutch pedal is properly adjusted as well. Use the tube and bottle filled with fluid trick to prevent air from being sucked back in.

Look up the "Clutch Adjustment section and Ghost Pedal" -
