Timing too high?

I was in 5th going about 55-60. Looking at the logger I saw:

RPM-2700-3000 I forgot, but I was just cruisin
Air temp-97
Water temp-206
Timing-31




Is my timing to high? I still got to learn how to record and upoad logs on the internet.
