NEED S-AFC 1 help

I dont have the manuel for the SAFC 1. I have a 1g and I need a write up on how to set everything back to zero. or an online manuel that I can print off. I need to learn how to scroll through the screens without a problem. all i know how to do right now is moniter. I bought it used so it has his settings in it. so if you could hook me up with a faq or a write up it would be much appreciated. PS i searched and got nothing useful.
