shift cable problem

got a 91 laser rs n/t an the shifter bushin's were wore out so i got a how shifter an the base an everythng out of a 90 talon turbo.. thinkin that they would be the same but the werent an it broke my cables so i got the cables out of the talon an hooked it up an it went out saturday i only have 1st 2nd an 3rd gear no 2,,4,or reverse.. an i was wonderin if anyone knew were i could get some cables for a 91 laser n/t like a website to order from or some has an extra set for sale... let me know pleas

Mitsubishi Graveyard is probably your best online choice. Otherwise, try a local junk yard.

The 90 shifter mechanism is different from 91+ shifters.

I am pretty sure you can use 91+ turbo cables... 90 (and some 91s) are the oddballs with different spline count, different mounts, and different shift linkages.
