this may be a question that been beaten to death but i was wondering about putting a turbo ecu in mine 1997 rs eclipse. i bought a 1995 gst car from the junk it had no motor or tranie but i found alot of good stuff the car was built for full racing. wondering if the two are interchange able and what i have to interchange. i have on my car now short intake, header down pipe and catback exhaust and msd eninge and wires.

The ECU's are not interchangable if I'm understanding your question correctly. What is your reason to switch them?

i was just wondering thought it was computer tuned for better performance

That's a horrible idea and it will make your car run like crap because it compensates for higher amounts of airflow (no cai can provide so forget it)....

Ok, let's not mention that turbo ecu's are for MITSUBISHI motors and your car has a chrysler motor in it.
