I am looking to upgrade my stock fuel lines to support my new setup. I cant find any complete kits that can include everything I need from the tank to the rail and back. I am looking for some 6-8an lines and an aftermarket fuel filter. Anyone know anyone that has kits for this or anything like that? THanks for the help.

Hey , let me know if you have any luck with finding complete kits, altough making it yourself doesn't seem to be that hard. I am toying with the idea as well...

Here is the how to. It will probably be cheaper to make the kit yourself. It's not hard to do. If you are going to do it go with -8. -6 is enough for 1000cc injectors but if you want to run E85 some day will probably need -8.

Here is the how to.

I pieced together the above kit for less than $250 (didn't need FPR) with -8 AN line/fittings/filter. It'll cost even less if you use -6 line/fittings/filter (no FPR). IMO there's really no need to replace your return line unless you're going super huge. There are plenty of people going damn fast on E85 still using the stock return.

The return line depends a lot on what you are using for fuel pump(s). If you have duel pumps or a big external you should upgrade it. At off boost conditions it's possiable the stock small line could be over run.

if you have no tools, use an assload of braided fuel tubing and just screw end pieces on as needed....and tie down VERY securley of course.

Hey, If your interested I have a brand new -6 kit from sbr...it only goes from the pump to the factory fuel filter, it dont go onto the rail, but its all -6 braided line with all the an fittings, and even the adapters that go to the factory pump and filter that adapt it from npt to flare fitting, or whatever it is...p.m. if interested...
