I've been having problems with my 95 GS-T, First off, In the mornings I have a hard time starting my car, it wont idle, when it does, the car automaatically shuts off, so i have to keep pressing the gas. This happens when I drive also, it just wont idle, the car shuts off and I turned up the idle and still doesnt help. I have my S-AFCII in the throttle mood, when I am at a stand still, the numbers goes from 5-20% sometimes 100% and keep in mind i'm just at idle. When I'm driving the scent of gas is really strong in my car also, I can literally watch my gas guage go down, I spend like $30 every 2 days. When i'm driving the an then start slowing down its as if the car is going to shut off, sometimes it does, not only that, sometimes the rpm is idlin at 2500. I installed a evo III 16G turbo, everything was working fine, the car was pulling at 15-20psi, now i'm on the same boost and no pull, feels lke i'm running 10 psi. I installed a hallman boost controller and turned the boost down and it still goes pass 20 psi, the last time I checked, I hit 30 psi. Sometimes it holds 10 psi, sometims it goes to 15psi and sometimes 20 psi, it has a mind of its own. I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING, I already did a boost test, change the TPS, plugs and wires, changed my actuator AND still having the same problems.I've been taking it to a shop but those guys are useless, they have me waisting money on buying parts and at the end of the day i'm leaving the shop with the same problem, its like their guessing what the problem could be or they just dont know what it could be because I could see the frustration on their faces. So is there anyone on here that could help me out PLEASE, excuse my grammer , i'm just REALLY FRUSTRATED right now.
 
Is it throwing any codes? Is there any smoke? Does it run fine warm? What did the plugs look like when you pulled them out?
 
what are all your fuel mods? What type of plugs are you using? I know the NGK's in my car are terrible on a cold start trying to warm up. Check your IAC motor to see if it has went bad on you. Also see if the actuator is in any sort of bind. You can do that by hooking the vacuum line straight to a air compressor and watch it open up. Last hook your turbo straight up to the actuator and see what kind of boost your running without the controller
 
i'm using a 255walbro fuel pump and thats it for fuel, all what you stated with the actuator I already checked using an air compressor. Sometimes it does smoke, sometimes it doesnt. I'm using NGK plugs also it did throw a code at me. I fixed one which was the TPS an the other is P0120
