Im going to be picking up a used set of HKS 272/272s with cam gears for very cheap. I was wondering if this would hurt me at all. Would there be a significant drop of power up top because of the T28 not being able to keep up? I do plan on upgrading to a 50 trim in the future, and the deal is too good to pass up. Thanks for the help.

I would think that the t28 would be able to a certain point your reving to high so it should still be within its power band. The cams just move your power band higher. You are going to loose some of your low end torqe though.
