1G Power steering pump

Is the ps pump from the 90 the same as a 91. I checked parts vendors to see if part #'s are the same but they didn't have one for the 90 so that didn't do any good. I think they are different cause mach v has 2 different gasket kits one for a 90 and one for a 91 but you guys will know best. Thanks

I would assume that since they are the same generation that they would be the same. Maybe the parts catalog only went back to 1991. Ive seen that a few times.

Boy I hope it's a bolt on. Just put a 91 2.0 GS on my 90 GSX. The only differance I could see was the 90 has a cast main body where the 91 is alloy. And yes it works just fine.

Yes they are definately two diferent part numbers for 90 and 91. But as long as everything bolts up the same and it works well like tqmx1 said than it shouldnt be a problem using a 91-94 pump in a 90.
