Ok, I am only running about 12-14 vac at idle, and yesterday i was at like 19-20. I did i quick boost leak check and didnt find anything. My MBC is a ball/spring type, but i found out for the first time today it has a bleed vavle on it and this is letting out a constant pressure. Im thinking this is the problem, and i want to take the nipple off and use some teflon tape on the threads to stop the leak, but i dont know if this is correct.

I have been searching the threads and havent found anything so any help would be awesome. Thanks

ninja edit: I am running 10lbs of boost

That bleed hole won't be the source, and you do need it.
Don't use toilet tape in cars: use Permatex non-hardening.
Check you cam timing. That much difference that quickly, if you've done nothing else, may be a skipped tooth.
