need help with 6 bolt block

Can any help me figure out if the block i got is a n/t or turbo block ? Im trying to build it up but want to make sure it is a turbo block.I was told it was turbo but some reason i dont the guy. thank you

if it has oil squiters then yes it is a turbo block...
