Ok Im getting the motor installed right now and I have arp head studs in my 6-bolt motor. Can i reuse these for my seven bolt or do i need to by new head studs? #2 Does anyone in the houston area have a 1g head that they need to get rid of really quick like Today tomorrow would be best if possible.

I do know that when you go to purchase the head studs that there are two seperate part numbers for 6 bolt and 7 bolt. That would lead me to strongly believe that they are not interchangeable.

I believe the 89-93 motors used 12mm head studs, p/n#207-4201.
94-99 used 11mm studs, p/n# 207-4203.

No, you cannot use 6 bolt head studs on a 7 bolt
