A few weeks ago I had picked up my car from the body shop. Now my top does not go down. The repairs was done on the right (passenger side) of the car. I told them about and tell claim the motor is bad but, it worked just fine before in went in the shop. When I press the open button, the windows go down. I can push the top down. It seems like it's not getting connection or something please I need help before I flip out on them dumb ass people at the shop and some they said the used some kinda thang on the top that may cause it to get stuck not to work????

I had a problem like that on my old car. If i remember correctly it was one of the plugs behind the rear seat was undone. All you have to do to check it is take out the back seat and see if something is unplugged. Hope that helps.

I had the same problem on mine..... it turned out that there is a switch in the trunk that turns off the top motors so you can only put it down manually..... I think it is inside of one of the tail light axcess panels....

Glad you found it! I went through the same thing, took some pissed off messin around to figure it out LOL A day later fuming at the trunk, I realized I'd messed around with that mysterious switch...hehe...I'm still suprised the washer fluid fill cap is in there too!
