OK ive had my dsm for almost two years. You can see the mods i have made in my profile so i dont have to list them. Ok so the car was fine for a while after i got it then it started to not want into first. So i take it to a transmission shop. They tell me its the clutch. So im like ok change it fix the problem. then i get the car back its all good for like a week then it starts doing the same thins, not wanted to go into gear with the clutch all the way down. OK i take it back to that place they look at it and say that my clutch master cylinder,clutch slave cyliner need to be changed.......still wont go into gear. then they take out the dash. they weld the joint that forum talks about. so ok car is fine for like a year and a half no problems. then it starts to not want to go into first again. And to let you know i take care of this car like its my baby. i only boost once in a blue moon against a porsche or someshit. So i think damn it must be that my clutch is worn since it was stock. i must have to much power for a stock clutch since i started running 15psi. So i order a centerforce dual friction clutch. the guy gets it in and he says my clutch master cylinder was bad again. so i have him change that. OK i let the clutch break in for five hundred miles. I boost for the first time after that car dips. Then after i have gotten off the highway it starts to make weird noises all squealing. but car still drives and engages into gear fine. stopped making the noises. I figured it was the axles being warmed up for the first time. So i keep driving it. i try to boost a few days later and it hits hard but after 4500 rpm it like dies and has to power. i think this must be a boost leak. But now my boost control doesnt work when it always did before. Whatever i dont drive the car hard after that cause i dont want to overboost. a fews weeks go by and im on the highway on my home from work and i kind of dip for a second to see if the car can hit 10psi ok. it was dipping nasty and the toll comes up so i take it out of gear. Car doesnt want to come out. feels like i have no clutch. so i get it out and i see i cant get it back into gear. I pump the clutch a bunch of times and it comes back and started to shift but kind of rough my car usually shifs super smooth. i get it home and consider the car undrivable i dont want to get left somewhere dude. so i just start to car regularly and last week i start it and after it warmed up i start to see if it can shift and it does smooth like it used to so i took it around the block. car ran fine. i drove it for about twenty minutes. i can feel all the power so in second i give it a little spool to like five psi. it hits hard until 4500 then it cuts power and when i go to shift to third it wont go it....grind.....so i start to pump the clutch and it goes back in and i get the car home. now please if anyone can please tell me whats going on. If not can you please give me a good mechanic in the miami area that works on dsm. cause i have taken it to a bunch of different people and they all were clueless about these cars and played the guessing game. please help me i am a die hard dsm that needs his baby running again.
 
So in short. You've had the clutch replaced twice - which you're now running a Centerforce dual fricition - and you've had the master cylinder replaced twice. Now the car will go into gear but you can't get it out of gear when boosting?
 
To me, a hydraulic clutch system is something that requires attention as often as the engine oil.

Check the engine oil, check the other fluids under the hood.

The clutch system is simple compared to antique manual transmission setups.

Clutch Peddle, linkage, rod ~Resevoir, Master Cylinder, Clutch line to Accumulator, Line to Slave cylinder, Slave cylinder, Throw Out fork, Transmission.

Do other gears function properly?

You may need a DSM specialist shop to look into your problem. I would think a specialized shop would care more than JOe Shmoes auto service.

In short I would say you need to bleed and service the clutch fluid....and possibly look under your dash at the clutch rod that goes through the dash (again) with a flashlight and look for a leak (fluid)...then climb under the car and find the slave cylinder and inspect it for the same. If no leaks there, look at all the lines in the system, if you still cannot find a leak, rebuild the master cylinder anyways....it only costs like $14 bucks for the rebuild kit and the physical rebuild is easier than removing it !!!

YEs i have had the clutch replaced twice. it goes into gear fine on initial startup but it randomly desides not to want to go into any gear not just first. but when it does want to it goes into every gear just fine.
 
is there any way of me finding a good dsm shop cause i only know of some rx-7 guy down here in miami and hes kinda a dick about wokring on anyhting but rx-7's besides him typical honda ghetto riggers....anyone know of one?
