hey guys, today i installed 550's injectors and my car runs like crap right now,it bogs alot,so what should i have to do?? im using MAFT gen2 ,so does anybody knows where should i need to make some adjustements?? cause im new into the Maft gen2 i think its the same thing like tunning fuel with Afc,but i never used that before eather so its really hard to understand about those things :sosad:Iknow its PITA To tune right without a loger but i need to make the car to run i lilbit better cause i want to go to dyno to get my things adjusted right. thanks for any input,

i just need to make the car run a lil better cause like i said i need to go to dyno, but i can't right now cause of those damn injectors :)
i just want to know where should i have to do adjustments at maft gen2 or Afc

For the safc.

550/450 = 1.22

450 X 22.2% = 99 and 450 + 99.9 = 549.9

22% is close, but you won't really have to set the s-afc to -22% across the board. You might end up at only -18% for example.

But there are a lot of variables to consider, like if you have a hacked MAF, for instance. On stock 450cc injectors with a hacked stock MAF, I was running -14% to get a 12.0 on my wideband. I pulled another 10% out when I upgraded to the GM MAF and 510cc injectors, and saw a steady 12.3 on the wideband from 3000-8500rpm.

so like you said you were running on hacked maf and stock injectors -14 and after you upgrade to gm maf and 550's you pulled another -10 so total is 24 so it looks same thing like i got now,so if i set it up for -24 accros the board ill be fine right??? what about lo mid hi rpms settings does the afc have them or those are just on MAft gen2

Btw thanks for that info ill go and set my AFR to the point you posted thanks again

Your math is a little off. 550cc injectors are 18% larger than stock, so your baseline correction should be -18%. An AFR of 12.3:1 is pretty lean, unless you can do it without knocking. Most DSM's like running around 11:1.

You should start around -15% and work your way leaner after checking the logger. At -24%, you are probably knocking like crazy.

Oh, and like adrian2627 said, you really need a logger.
