yes they will fit perfectly. Notice how the downpipe necks down, as does the catback. Hopefully that is the downpipe you dont have to drill out hte holes a little for the bolts and has the clearence from the oil filter. Otherwise my buddies 99gst has the catback and it went right on no problems with any hangers or fitment issues and sounds to me just like any turbo car with a catless turboback, deep and loud. Good luck with it. If yo ureally care about performance take em to a welding shop and ask them to throw on a 3" section between the dp and catback inreplace of the neckdown and spray it with some paint to prevent rust and you'll have a very nice, very cheap turbo back

So if i were to replace my cat with a test pipe do you think i would have to worry about emissions?
