I have searched and read many threads regarding clutch adjustment. the Issue that i am having is that the clutch grabs 1mm off the floor. I was told by the previous owner that it is a performance clutch. I chkd the adjuster rod, which to my susprise was all the way out. I bled the clutch slave several times, till all the old fluid was out. No improvement, the clutch still grabs on the floor. Am I having an issue with the slave ? The pedal is hard, and it doesnt loose any fluid. I am kinda stumped at this point. This is on a 92 Talon Awd T. Any help would be apreciated. :thumb:

i just bought my 92tsi today and i also noticed that i barley let it out and it grabs, and its a brand new stock clutch...so its a coast to coast issue.

Great link. It cleares up some other questions i have had. The adjuster rod is maxed out and the clutch still does not engage properly. Is there any know fault with the slave cylinder or the masters? Any diagnostic procedure that will tell me if one , or both are bad? Thanx again
