Need some opinions on if the gains are worth the sound, it's a 2.5in 02 housing and it's on a stock 14b pushing 12psi with a 2.5in turboback Apex-i and K&N Open Air Filter. I have major boost creep with the car, so switching to this should help a bit on the creeping part.

I have an open O2 dump and absolutely love it. It is not loud enough to be annoying when driving normally, but when you get on it and it opens up all the way, it is intimidating as hell. A lot of friends tell me how bad-ass it sounds - especially @ the track. You can see my profile to see what setup I am using it with.

Of course its worth it. There is no extra noise unless you want it. Don't hit full boost and you never have to hear it.

And don't let anyone tell you it doesn't help creep, it DOES.

i had a fwd 91 turbo and i placed a dump tube on it. at 18psi and no boost creep, the car was a beast!!! the dump tube minimizies if not getrids of boost creep completely. and it does sound bad ass. i actually have footage of my car from the news flying down a back street and it sounds sick!!!!!. i loved it soo much i had my dad fab one for me for my awd.
you wont regret it.:D

#1. He has a weak Evo3

#2. He has boost leaks

#3. He has a magical internal gate (not)

#4. He has a very restrictive O2 housing

#5. He has cams

Pick one, or a combination of all of them.
