thinking about ECU change

I have a 97 gs with a few mods...intake,exhaust,u/d pulley..i have read about the afx ecu and have been thinking about maybe getting one....but im not sure if the gains will be worth the $400..thanks

I wouldn't put money into an ecu, aftermarket or eprom until you needed it. You could gain more power from other mods. You be best off doing some port work on your manifold and O2 and saving for a turbo kit.
